Biloxi Marsh
Lands Corporation, founded in 1936, owns approximately 90,000 acres
of marsh lands located in St. Bernard Parish, LA. As a landowner, it
derives the vast majority of its revenue from oil and gas exploration
and production activities that take place on or near the Company's land.
The Company also derives minimal revenues from surface rentals.

The Company’s common
stock is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission
and the Company does not file reports with the Commission. The Company’s
common stock is not traded on any national securities exchange nor is
it quoted on NASDAQ. Therefore, the Company is not subject to the disclosure
requirements or corporate governance requirements normally applicable
to companies with publicly traded securities.
The Company’s shares
are quoted on the Pink Sheets® and traded under the symbol “BLMC”
in the over-the-counter (OTC) market. Pink sheets® is neither a
securities exchange nor a broker-dealer. It is an electronic quotation
and information service provided to registered broker-dealers to facilitate
transactions in OTC securities.
An investment in the Company’s
common stock is speculative and involves a high degree of risk. Our
common stock is thinly traded and the market for it is illiquid, which
tends to create price volatility. It may, therefore, be difficult to
buy or sell our common stock without dramatically affecting the stock
price, or buy or sell our common stock at all.

William B. Rudolf
- President & CEO
47, a director of the company since 1991, has been President since
March of 1995. He became Chief Executive Officer in March of 2001
and General
Manager in September of 2002. Immediately prior to becoming General
Manager, he served as Vice President of Eckstein Marine Services,
Inc.
a southern regional inland marine transportation company from September
of 1997 to September of 2002. He is a director of Lake Eugenie Land
& Development, Inc. He serves on the board of managers of St. Tammany
Land Co., LLC, Biloxi Marsh Lands 1 Royalty, LLC, Lake Eugenie, LLC
and 50196, LLC. He is also a member of the board of directors of the
Louisiana Land Owner’s Association.
Peter W. Dodge -
Vice President
62, a director of the company since 1978, Vice President since 1995.
Retired from American Coffee, employed at same company from 1970 until
1997, a director of that company from 1978 until 1997, served a Secretary/Treasurer
from 1988 until 1997.
Charlton B. Ogden,
III - Secretary
52, a director since 1989, and has been Secretary and General Counsel
of the company since March of 1995. Presently he is a Managing Member
of the law firm of Taggart, Morton, Ogden, Staub, Rougelot & O'Brien,
LLC with offices in New Orleans and Covington, Louisiana. Additionally,
he serves on the Board of Directors of Lake Eugenie Land & Development,
Inc. and on the Board of Managers of Biloxi Marsh Lands 1 Royalty, LLC,
Lake Eugenie, LLC and 50196, LLC. In his law practice, he is a member
of the New Orleans, St. Tammany Bar and Louisiana Bar Associations,
where he is a section member in litigation, real property and probate
and trust. He is also a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense
Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
Karl D. Zollinger
58, elected director in 2008, Mr. Zollinger is currently a partner in real estate development projects located in St. Tammany and Tangipahoa Parishes, Louisiana. After a 30 year career in the banking industry with the last 12 years of service at Whitney National Bank, Mr. Zollinger retired in 2005. During his tenure with the Whitney National Bank Mr. Zollinger held various management positions in commercial lending and business banking. He also currently serves as a principal in several companies that provide consulting services in the areas of debt placement, federal and state tax incentive programs as well as Department of Defense and Homeland Security initiatives. He is a director of Lake Eugenie Land & Development, Inc. He serves on the Board of Managers of Biloxi Marsh Lands 1 Royalty, LLC, Lake Eugenie, LLC and 50196, LLC. He is also on the Board of Directors for St. Tammany Economic Development Foundation, West St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity (Treasurer), St. Tammany Association of Retarded Citizens (STARC), St. Tammany Leadership Foundation, Northshore Housing Initiative, Inc. and Terre Aux Boeufs Lands Company, Inc.
Jack V. Foster
67, has served as a director since 2002. Currently, he is president
of Polchow & Foster, Inc., an investment management company; managing
member of WavePharma, L.L.C.; and a director of PhotoBioMed, Inc. Mr.
Foster is an investor in real estate, oil and gas, and venture capital
projects. From 1992 to 2003, he was managing member of Petro-Russo L.C.,
a company engaged in oil and gas development in Russia. He is a Tulane
Law School graduate, a former tax manager with Arthur Andersen &
Co., and a former co-trustee of LaTerre Co., a large South Louisiana
land owner.
Andrew McCollam,
Jr.
79, has served as director of the company since 1975. Prior to 1968,
he was engaged in the general practice of law in New Orleans, Louisiana.
In 1968, he became Vice President of Southdown, Inc., a company headquartered
in New Orleans, which engaged in agricultural, land and oil and gas
development. He served thereafter as Executive Vice President of Southdown,
Inc., Executive Vice President and Director of Pelto Oil Company, President
and Director of Southdown Land Company, and officer and/or director
of various land companies in which Southdown Land Company owned interests,
including Avoca, Incorporated, Broussard Land Company, Inc., Eunice
Canal Company, Lake Eugenie Land and Development, Inc., Mermentau Mineral
& Land Company, Inc., Phoenix Development Company, Inc., Dixie Rice
Agricultural Corporation, Inc. and Southwest Louisiana Land Company,
Inc.
Michael J. Rapier - Treasurer
72, a director of the company since 1997 and in 2008 was elected Treasurer. Mr. Rapier is formerly the President & C.E.O. of the National Bank of Commerce in Jefferson Parish, which was sold to Whitney National Bank in 1985. He is the owner of Michael J. Rapier Investments, a personal holding company. He is President of S.C. Minerals, Inc., Day Minerals, Inc. and is a director and member of the Executive Committee of Fidelity Homestead. He is a Trustee and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Ochsner Clinic Foundation. John F. Bernard
54, has been a director of the company since 2003. He is Senior Vice President in the Commercial Lending Group at Iberiabank in Mandeville. He has been in the banking industry for 30 years. He serves as the President of Lake Eugenie Land and Development, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Managers of Biloxi Marsh Lands 1 Royalty, LLC, Lake Eugenie, LLC and 50196, LLC. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Mandeville Trailhead Foundation and recently elected member of the Mandeville City Council.
Sidney C. Sundbery
62, a director of the Company since 1996, is a practicing attorney
with the law firm of Duval, Funderburk, Sundbery, Lovell & Watkins, PLC
in Houma, Louisiana. He is a director of Lake Eugenie Land & Development,
Inc. He serves on the Board of Managers of Biloxi Marsh Lands 1 Royalty,
LLC, Lake Eugenie, LLC and 50196, LLC. He serves on the Board of Directors
of South Louisiana Bank, South Louisiana Financial Corporation and The
Intracoastal Company. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the
Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce and serves on its Executive Committee.
He is a former Director and past President of Terre Carnival Club and
Ellendale Country Club. He is a U.S. Army veteran including service
as a military policeman in Viet Nam.
